The Client Relationship Executive is a new role and will be responsible for helping to build and maintain assigned clients
The Client Relationship Executive will contact clients on a regular basis, following up on marketing activity to identify and develop new business opportunities, nurture leads and assist with closing business.
Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
Welcoming and looking after visitors
Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post
Dealing with correspondence and writing letters, and taking dictation and minutes
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
Organizing and attending meetings, and ensuring the manager is well-prepared for meetings
Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
Arranging meetings, business travel and accommodation and, occasionally.
Strong experience in similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
